The assessment is conducted in person at the clinic for approximately 90 minutes and includes:
General examination & personal data collection – Measure height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate and history of injury or musculoskeletal problems.
Body Composition Analysis – Use the InBody 770 or DEXA Scan technology to measure fat, muscle, water and bone density with high accuracy.
Posture & Movement Assessment – Uses 3D motion analysis and high-speed cameras to detect shoulder misalignment, hip misalignment, scoliosis, or other movement abnormalities.
Strength & Flexibility Testing – Perform standardized tests (FMS – Functional Movement Screen) to assess major muscle group strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Personalized improvement planning & consultation – Heath Dionne directly analyzes results, points out areas for adjustment and designs a suitable training and nutrition plan.
