We are looking for HR Freelancers to help us expand our global Expert Partner network and support professionals in opening their Digital Profile to grow internationally.
2. Scope of Work
The StrongBody HR Freelancer role is not just standard recruitment — it is about finding and developing a network of Business Partners for the platform. Specific responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: Use your existing contacts, network, or recruitment database from any industry — especially executive search or specialist recruitment — to introduce the StrongBody Digital Profile Shop.
- Guide & Send JD, FAQ, Setup Instructions: Introduce the Digital Profile Shop model. Clearly explain the benefits: access to international clients, AI translation technology, and income potential for experts who become freelancers with their own personal digital shop.
- Closing: Guide the expert through account registration, profile completion, and Membership activation to start their business on the platform.
- Onboarding Support: Accompany experts in the early stages to ensure they understand the basic operating process (a technical support team is also available).
Who We're Looking For
We value skills and mindset over formal credentials. You are a great fit if you belong to one of these groups:
- Experience: Currently working in Recruitment, Headhunting, or B2B Sales in any industry — Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, Tech, Pharma, Education, Healthcare, etc. You are comfortable approaching and persuading mid-to-senior level professionals.
- Network: You own or can tap into a network of intellectuals, managers, specialists, or doctors — or you are an Admin/Moderator of reputable professional communities.
- Skills & Mindset:
- Strong headhunting and persuasion skills.
- Senior Recruitment Mindset: Understands how to work effectively with high-caliber professionals.
- Global Mindset: Open-minded, tech-savvy, and receptive to international business opportunities and new platforms.
3. Your Responsibilities
Your mission is to use your recruitment skills to headhunt Experts and invite them to join the StrongBody platform.
- Target Candidates: Doctors, Pharmacists, Psychologists, Health Coaches, and Consultants across various professional fields.
- Daily Work: Post content, comment, personally invite them to open a Digital Profile Shop on StrongBody, reply to their messages → guide them through Membership activation to start practicing.
