We are looking for HR Freelancers to help us expand our global Expert Partner network and support professionals in opening their Digital Profile to grow internationally.
Scope of Work
The StrongBody HR Freelancer role is not just standard recruitment - it is about finding and developing a network of Business Partners for the platform. Specific responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: Use your existing contacts, network, or recruitment database from any industry - especially executive search or specialist recruitment - to introduce the StrongBody Digital Profile Shop.
- Guide & Send JD, FAQ, Setup Instructions: Introduce the Digital Profile Shop model. Clearly explain the benefits: access to international clients, AI translation technology, and income potential ($500 - $7,000/month) for experts who become freelancers with their own personal digital shop.
- Closing: Guide the expert through account registration, profile completion, and Membership activation to start their business on the platform.
- Onboarding Support: Accompany experts in the early stages to ensure they understand the basic operating process (a technical support team is also available).
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for seasoned recruitment professionals who thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You should be a "hunter" by nature, comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with passive talent.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical or executive recruitment.
- Deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and modern sourcing platforms.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent a high-tech brand.
- Self-discipline to manage a full-cycle recruitment desk independently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of global roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Conduct rigorous initial screenings to ensure candidates meet our high technical and cultural standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a world-class experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with StrongBody AI hiring managers to refine job requirements and interview processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our global Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
