This service is designed for clients who are far away or unable to come to the clinic in person but still want to receive intensive therapy. Sessions are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet and last 60 minutes. Dr. Winston will apply CBT therapy - a treatment method that has been proven effective in reducing anxiety, depression, phobias, and improving emotional control. Each session includes: listening and analyzing the problem, instructions on techniques to change negative thinking, exercises to practice at home, and a treatment plan for the next session. Clients are sent a PDF document with practice exercises to reinforce the effectiveness of the treatment.
