We will discuss possible diagnoses, whether any further tests such as blood tests, stool tests, endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, CT or MRI scans are required, and develop an evidence-based management plan tailored to your individual needs. Following the consultation, you will receive: • A comprehensive specialist assessment • A personalised treatment and investigation plan • Advice on diet, lifestyle and medications where appropriate • A detailed clinic letter sent promptly • Recommendations communicated to your GP or referring clinician if requested • Guidance on follow-up appointments and ongoing care Appointments are typically 30–45 minutes, allowing sufficient time to understand your concerns, answer questions and ensure you leave with a clear plan.
