I offer vinyasa & yin yoga classes with a background in nutrition, ayurveda, and herbal medicine to tailor to your unique goals. I offer ayurvedic consultations based off of nutrition and your dosha where we go over your symptoms and how to improve them through gentle diet and lifestyle changes. At the end of m yin classes I offer Yoga Nidra as well, which means yogic sleep, and is a mindfulness practice. I also offer yoga therapy through mudras, mantras and other mindfulness practices. My previous clients have loved my sessions because of my calming demeanor and authenticity.
