Offering personal attention, motivation and adaptation, this immersive health program is ideal for those who wish to escape to nature and experience the lasting results of our group fitness and wellness program with as much interaction with the weeklong group as desired.

Every moment is tailored to your preferences, addressing any concerns or limitations through a modified schedule or upping the intensity for even more of a challenge. Fueled by our delicious plant-based diet, daily activities including 1:1 hiking, fitness classes and restorative yoga are done in spaces dedicated just for you/your group. There is also the ability to join the group program throughout the week for hikes, meals or fitness classes.
