Licensed or registered as a Pharmacist in at least one jurisdiction, demonstrating legal authorization to practice pharmacy with advanced clinical responsibilities.

Completion of formal training, postgraduate residency (often 1–2 years in clinical settings), fellowship, or supervised clinical experience in pharmacotherapy or clinical pharmacy practice.

Relevant professional certifications in pharmacotherapy or related specialty areas are preferred, such as those from internationally recognized bodies (e.g., Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist, Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist, Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, or equivalent national/international credentials in advanced pharmacotherapy practice).
