I’m Dr. Chinyere Adaeze Okafor, a Clinical Nutrition Specialist from Lagos, Nigeria. I am currently practicing at Evercare Hospital Lagos, with over 15 years of experience in clinical nutrition, chronic disease management, and personalized nutrition therapy for recovery and wellness. I obtained my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Ibadan, one of Nigeria’s most prestigious medical universities. Later, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science at King’s College London, UK. I have also undergone advanced training in therapeutic nutrition, metabolism, and gut health in South Africa and through international fellowship programs supported by USAID. I firmly believe that nutrition is not just about food—it’s a cornerstone of prevention, healing, and sustainable health. With a gentle, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, my mission is to support individuals on their wellness journey—from restoring balance after illness, managing metabolic disorders, to optimizing daily performance through mindful nutrition.
