Hello, my name is Deniz Kılıç, and I am a licensed physical therapist based in Ankara, Turkey. I am currently 35 years old and have been working in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation for over a decade. I am passionate about helping individuals regain their strength, mobility, and confidence after injury, surgery, or chronic health conditions.I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from Hacettepe University in Ankara (2008–2012), and later pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul (2013–2015). To further enhance my skills, I completed a certification in Post-Surgical Rehabilitation from the Turkish Physiotherapy Association in 2016. Currently, I work at the Aktif Yaşam Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in Çankaya, Ankara. Our center specializes in providing personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. I work closely with athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to improve their physical function and quality of life. I am known by my colleagues and patients for my enthusiastic and patient-centered approach. I believe that physical recovery is not only about the body but also about the mind. I strive to motivate my patients, helping them overcome both physical and emotional challenges throughout their rehabilitation journey. My ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple and relatable ways helps build strong, trusting relationships with those I treat.
