HR Freelancer Program – Expert Partner Recruitment for StrongBody AI

1. Introduction

StrongBody SG PTE. LTD. (“StrongBody AI”, “we”, “the Company”) operates the StrongBody.AI platform — a global Health & Wellness Marketplace that connects medical professionals, health specialists, fitness coaches, and wellness experts with clients in over 170 countries, powered by MultiMe AI (real-time voice-to-voice translation) technology.

The HR Freelancer program is an independent freelance collaboration opportunity to help us expand our global network of Expert Partners. This is not a traditional employment relationship. HR Freelancers work independently and earn income entirely on a performance-based commission basis. There is no fixed salary.

By registering and participating in the program, you (“Freelancer”, “you”) agree to comply with all terms of this Terms & Policy.

2. Nature of the Collaboration

• This is an independent freelance contractor relationship.
• StrongBody AI does not provide a fixed salary, withhold taxes on your behalf, or assume responsibility for social insurance, personal income tax, or any labor obligations under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on commissions received, in accordance with local laws.
• You may work with other platforms and have the right to cancel your participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without penalty.

3. Scope of Work

Your responsibilities include:

• Leveraging your personal network, recruitment database, or professional communities to introduce the StrongBody Digital Profile Shop to health and wellness experts.
• Clearly explaining the benefits: access to international clients, MultiMe AI voice translation technology, and the opportunity to earn income through a personal digital shop.
• Guiding experts through account registration, profile completion, and activation of the Active Shop Membership (179 USD/year).
• Providing initial onboarding support to ensure experts understand basic platform operations (technical support team is available for advanced issues).

Target Experts: Doctors, Pharmacists, Psychologists, Health Coaches, Consultants, and other professionals in related health fields.

You will be provided with:

• Personal Referral Link / Referral Code
• Sales Kit, Smart JD, FAQ, and setup instructions
• Training materials and sessions

4. Benefits & Income

As a StrongBody HR Freelancer, your income is unlimited and based solely on your performance:

• Commission: 40 USD (Forty US Dollars) per successfully recruited Expert who completes registration, profile setup, and pays for the Active Shop Membership (179/year).
• Payment: Commissions are paid monthly via direct bank transfer to the bank account you provide. Payments are processed by the 15th of the following month (based on confirmed conversions).
• Reporting: You will have access to a personal real-time dashboard showing conversions, commission earnings, and payment history.
• Commission Confidentiality: StrongBody AI commits to keeping your commission rate, personal information, and earnings confidential. This information will not be shared with any sellers/experts or third parties (except where required by law).
• Bonuses & Advancement: Additional bonus programs may be offered for high performers. Top-performing HR Freelancers may be invited to become Country Manager with enhanced compensation, subject to meeting criteria such as recruiting 50+ other HR Freelancers and demonstrating strong local market knowledge.

Important Note: Commission is only payable when the referred expert successfully pays for the Active Shop package and does not request a refund within the platform’s refund policy period (if applicable).

5. Rights & Obligations of the Freelancer

Your Rights:

• Complete freedom in working hours and location (fully remote).
• Right to cancel participation at any time by notifying via email or dashboard.
• Access to full training, materials, and support.
• Protection of your personal information and commission details.

Your Obligations:

• Introduce the platform honestly and accurately. Do not provide false or misleading information about StrongBody AI, its benefits, or terms.
• Do not use spam, fraudulent, coercive, or illegal methods when contacting potential experts.
• Do not disclose internal documents (Sales Kit, JD, FAQ, training materials) to any third party without written permission from the Company.
• Provide accurate information during registration and keep your bank account details updated.

6. Rights & Commitments of StrongBody AI

• Provide real-time dashboard reporting, training materials, and necessary support.
• Process commission payments on time according to the schedule.
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal information and commission rate.
• Reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Freelancer who violates this Terms & Policy, engages in fraud, or damages the platform’s reputation.

7. Termination of Collaboration

• You may cancel your participation at any time.
• StrongBody AI may terminate the collaboration immediately in cases of serious breach (fraud, misrepresentation, spam, etc.).
• Upon termination, you will still receive commissions for all valid conversions completed before the termination date (subject to payment conditions).

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All materials (Sales Kit, JD, FAQ, images, instructions) are the intellectual property of StrongBody AI. You may use them only for performing your duties and must delete or return them upon termination.
• You agree not to share any internal information or expert data with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

• StrongBody AI is not responsible for any disputes, complaints, or issues arising between you and the experts you refer.
• We do not guarantee any minimum number of recruits or income level. Earnings depend entirely on your effort and results.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses, lost opportunities, or damages arising from participation in the program.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Terms & Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms & Policy

StrongBody AI reserves the right to update this Terms & Policy at any time. We will notify changes via email or dashboard. Your continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
